|XWidget SDK and Engine for Windows 1.9.3||
Xwidget Engine - guaranteed no malware in the installation process!
I have created my own version of the XWIDGET installation zipfile which I have personally checked every file for any malware. There is just a straight zipfile which you can open at your leisure.
READ THIS: I created this version as one of the original sources (Xwidget.com) bundled adware. After a vigorous discussion with the developers the version from the Xwidget site (Xwidget.com) no longer includes any adware into the installation process.
Feel free to use this version though if you still have qualms...
I suggest you test any download with an a/v tool. If you use virustotal to test this download for malware, it will test it against 56 anti-virus tools. Of these, two a/v tools will still flag this incorrectly. These are false positives identifying the engine due to the malware it used to have.
Cyren and F-Prot still have FALSE POSITIVES relating to Xwidgets (54 out of 56 tools show none). There is currently no way to successfully raise False Positives with these two engines. I have tried.
I have installed this version of the engine on XP, Win7, 8 and 10 and despite multiple scans, no malware has been found. It is SAFE.
I will keep this zipfile updated and if you ever need a secure source for the Xwidget engine come here first.
