This is the latest version of a widget that you could certainly use on your desktop. It is a lovely piece of eye-candy as well as being useful on your desktop. This is one of a small set of icons/widgets for your desktop, the others are the 'God of War', the planet Mars, Saturn and of course, the Earth. Double-clicking on the stamp will cause a personalised Windows/Mac application to fire up. The first time you run it there will be no assigned function and so it will state as such - then it will pop up the preferences so that you can enter the command of your choice. The widget takes command line-style commands for windows or Mac OS/X.

Here is just one more over 170 steampunk icons thaplanets-three-small2.pngt I have created that will leave your Windows or Mac desktop looking absolutely spiffing. There is a whole set of the little thingies and I must say they do look very steampunk indeed! They really are a suitable replacement for the boring old default icons that come with Rocketdock/ObjectDock &c.

This widget and the others like it will spruce up your desktop and give it a bit of Victorian class. Full instructions can be found here:
