Docman 1.4.1 fails with Joomla 1.0.15 and Joostina

DOCman is an excellent document management system. Well it would be
except for a flaw in the current upgrade policy. The upgrade 1.4.1 fixes
a security bug in 1.4.0, however it no longer works on Joomla 1.0.nn. As
the majority of 1.4 users will still be running J1.0 that's a problem...
It is also a mistake as docman 1.4 is used by other Joomla forks such as
Joostina. You can't register on their forum either as it doesn't seem to
allow new registrations. These oversights worry me. Apart from that
Docman is a good tool and if you want a slightly over complicated
document management system then go for it...
