Bear at Home has a very close relationship with LightQuick Web Design. We  originally created the Bear at Home's main website using traditional HTML technology. However, it is such a nice and unique site that we still like to demonstrate it. This site shows that if you require a completely unique site that is not based upon any existing template then we can do it for you using traditional HTML techniques. Since those days we have significantly upgraded the site to a CMS system. It is now far easier to update and the site is much easier to optimise.

The Bear at Home Inn required a website in order to publicise the new landlord and landlady Tim and Alison Haworth taking over the old Bear pub. LightQuick created the site for the Bear at Home Inn and help to create a new identity and new logo.

Our menu is made of FRESH ingredients so what you see will vary according to the day of the week you come in. For example, our fish is delivered from Cornwall on Friday so if you want a selection of good fish dishes, please book a table for Friday or Saturday.

Our beer is kept well and we always have four guest ales on tap. The Bear at Home has been voted CAMRA Pub of the Year 2007 for the whole of Oxfordshire and we have an entry in the CAMRA good beer guide of which we are justly proud.
